About
Artist.
Grace is an emerging Italo-Australian artist and curator based in Canberra, Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Art History and Curatorship from the Australian National University. Trained as an oil painter, her work is grounded in a love of people and is driven by a deep interest in philosophical and psychological themes.
Her portraits explore inner strengths and lived wisdom. As she describes, “Faces hide narratives, portraiture allows me to listen to the wisdom held within a person’s life.”
A multifaceted creative, Grace is also an author and illustrator. In 2020, she illustrated Naked Notions, a coming-of-age poetry collection rendered in watercolour, delicately intertwining the human form, line, and literary prose. Her second book, the children’s story What Would You Tell Your Older Self?, was published in 2024 and illustrated by Bethany Ann-Barclay.
